Farah Nazarali Conflict Resolution
Emotional clarity and compassion script headline mantra

Do you bottle up your feelings only to have them explode?

Are you scared to express how you truly feel?

Do arguments bring out the competitive side in you?

Are you looking for a different way to communicate and handle conflict?

When communication breaks down, relationships stagnate. The flow of honest, skillful communication is fundamental to resilient relationships that can weather the ebb and flow of life.

How can you navigate difficult conversations without ending up in the blame-game, a shouting match, or withdrawing and shutting down?

Farah Nazarali is a yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience, and a communication coach specializing in Non-Violent Communication and conflict resolution. Farah works with individuals to teach the skills of how to communicate with clarity and compassion and she works in mediating conflict between couples.

Farah is thrilled to partner with Liana Yip and Associates to offer one-on-one conflict and communication coaching.
