CONFLICT RESOLUTION: Strategies for Life

Communication is the foundation for resilient relationships. Learn how to transform your communication with the skills of Nonviolent Communication; a communication style designed to take blame and judgement out of how we communicate and bring emotional expression and authenticity into how we express ourselves and communicate with others.
Topics covered will include: emotional intelligence, self-care strategies, and non-violent communication. Workshop will include a yoga practice suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
