This Retreat is intended for students who wish to:
- Learn to love and care for your body.
- Dive into wisdom teachings on love
- Journal, self -reflect, and go inwards
- Celebrate, appreciate, and express joy.
Retreat Includes
- Short daily practice of 10-15 min each
- Workshop and journaling prompts.
- A self-love care kit (mailed to you).
- Chocolate recipes!
- Wisdom sharing circle

The four immeasurables is a profound wisdom teaching found in Buddhist and Yogic texts.
This experiential workshop focuses on ways to practice loving-kindness towards yourself.
Cultivating Compassion
Self-Compassion
This workshop focuses on cultivating self-compassion in our thoughts, words, and actions.
Be prepared to challenge and let go of self-limiting, self-defeating, beliefs and create new scripts rooted in compassion and resiliency.

Your Facilitator
Farah Nazarali is an inspirational yoga teacher, podcast host, and advocate of yogic practices that support health, happiness and harmony. She is founder of Drishti Point Yoga Podcasts and has hosted podcasts for Hollyhock, Banyen Books, and Vancouver Co-op Radio.
Farah specializes in facilitating transformational experiences in retreat settings in BC and internationally. She teaches locally at Xenia Centre, Salt Spring Centre of Yoga, Hollyhock Leadership Centre, and leads international Yoga Retreats with True Nature Travels.
She has a deep love for all things yoga and is profoundly inspired by the sacred texts of yoga, the teachings of Buddhism, and wisdom traditions that lead us to love, truth, and being of service.
