Thank you from the bottom of my heart and to the tip of my toes for a wonderful retreat. I was looking for a “reset” after being down, depressed, and moving like a slug. Being exposed to the energy from of both of you was like sunshine shining brilliantly in my heart. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for all of the planning, preparation and the flawless execution of creating a wonderful experience. I am now re-energized and happy to say that I am back to my trusted and true practices that have carried me through for many years.

I am so grateful for the privilege of attending the Yoga Retreat. It is so reassuring and encouraging to realize that one can still have a life-changing experience at 83!!
