Farah leads yoga classes with calm, pure love, gentleness, and never pushes your body into pain. Unlike many yoga teachers, she does not focus on perfect alignment or lots of overly detailed instructions that cause more unnecessary agitation in the mind. Instead, she teaches slowly and with softness, respecting each individual’s personal edges. One thing I especially love is her voice. She is soothing, instantly relaxing, and helps one to stay centered and grounded.
