SEVEN DAYS OF SELF-LOVE
On-Line Course (Feb.14-21 2025)

The relationship with ourselves (our physical body, emotions, and mental health) is foundational to our ability to be of service to others. Practice seven days of relaxation, yoga, and practices rooted in love, kindness, and compassion.

Practice 10-15 minutes of yoga daily,  journal, and allow your heart to dwell in wisdom teachings that inspire kindness, compassion, and joy.

This on-line course/retreat includes an opening circle, daily yoga practices, two weekend workshops, journalling, and a self-care kit mailed to you.

Cost: $95- $295
20% of all profits will be donated to the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga.

The HeART of Communicating
May 21-24 @ Hollyhock

This retreat weaves together polyvagal theory, conflict resolution, nonviolent communication, yogic practices and Eastern wisdom.

This is an innovative, experiential and holistic course in a new way of communicating and relating using somatic intelligence as the foundation for how we engage and interact with others

We will draw upon the texts, The Art of Communicating by Thich Naht Hahn and Roar Like a Goddess by Archarya Shunyata.

The Art of Resting Well

Step out of the digital realm and the addiction to urgency and immerse in somatic (yogic) and land-based practices designed to provide rest for your body, mind, and spirit. 

We will draw inspiration from classical and contemporary spiritual texts, How to Relax by Thich Naht Hanh, Buddha Standard Time by Lama Surya Das, and The Art of Stillness by Pico Iyer.
